SCHOOL BUDGET VOTE

DINNER IS SERVED!

 

This is a not a fundraiser, but a service provided to our parents by the PTA.

 

After placing your vote on the School Budget, pickup your complete dinner which will include: chicken, baked potato, coleslaw, roll/butter, cookie and beverage.

 

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3 ……

 

1.   Fill out the form below.

2.   Detach form and return to teacher with your CHECK to _____________________ PTA (There is a $20 bank fee for all returned checks).

3.   Pick up your “to go” dinner on Tuesday, May 20th from 4pm-7pm.

Pickup will be located in the grassy area next to the ACADIA/GOWANA parking lots.
