This year in science we will be studying 5 major units: Light, Heat & Change, Rocks & Minerals, the Scientific Process, and Health & Nutrition. Each 5th grade teacher will be teaching one particular unit of study. In September we will begin by teaching our own particular unit in our homerooms. We will switch approximately every 8 weeks.
