PTA to Host Flu Clinic

The PTA is committed to helping keep children, parents and community members healthy during this flu season. That is why on November 7, 2008 from 5:30 to 8:30pm we are hosting a vaccination clinic at Okte for the whole family. Qualified health professionals will administer vaccinations. Each vaccination will cost $30. Medicaid and Medicare Part B will be accepted from those eligible. Pre-registration along with payment is required by October 29.
