Application Process

Individuals wishing to apply to obtain a non-instructional position must:

          (a)              Submit a letter of interest for each vacancy as it becomes available and is posted

          (b)              Submit a copy of your completed application to be attached to each letter of interest

Only those letters of interest received in the Office of Human Resources no later than close of business on the deadline indicated on each posting will be considered for any particular vacancy.

If several vacancies are posted simultaneously, a separate letter of interest, together with attached application, must be submitted for each position for which you would like to be considered, unless there are a number positions having the same title available within the same building (i.e.:  three School Monitor positions vacant in one building would require only one letter of interest and attached application, whereas two School Monitor positions in two different buildings would require two letters, each with an attached application).

The District Office is open from 7:45 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. throughout the school year; from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. during vacation periods and from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. during July and August.

Current staff should submit a CSEA Application Summary Profile Form.
