administration
of
any
medication
without
a
physician's
order
and
parent's
written
permission. ALL
medications
must
be
in
the
original
container
Working papers-
this is required for students under the age of 18 who would
like to get a job.
Pesticide Notification
Form -- The Shenendehowa Central Schools is required to
maintain a list of persons in parental relation, faculty, and
staff who wish to receive 48-hour prior written notification
of certain pesticide applications.
