Shen Community,
Last night, the Shen PTA Council and STA hosted a virtual Board of Education candidate forum that was live streamed on the District’s YouTube page.
“The ‘Meet the Candidates’ forum provided an opportunity for voters to hear the campaign platforms of each candidate, including why they are running for Shenendehowa Board of Education,” said Britt Gersey, Shen PTA Council President. “Candidates were given equal opportunities to share their ideas and answer questions from parents of our community. Thanks to the candidates for taking time to make this forum happen.”
STA President Heidi Stinebrickner echoed the PTA Council President’s statement, adding: “STA is committed to supporting qualified candidates who have demonstrated commitment to collaborating with all stakeholders to create a high quality, student-centered education at Shenendehowa.”
The video recording to the virtual forum can also be found on the Budget Development page of the District website.
