The High School Partnership Team (HSPT) planned and coordinated a Week of Giving April 22-26. The week was a great success! Throughout the week we saw students, faculty, staff, administration, parents, and community members come together to give back in a host of different ways:
– Many food pantry donations from both individuals and groups who collected goods to support our back pack program
– A donated Shenendehowa gear thrift store give away of hundreds of clothing items to students in need
– Volunteers worked a total of nearly 50 hours 
of combined assistance in clean up and beautification projects including but not limited to a clean up of the front circle memorial garden, the west wing veteran’s garden, and the main courtyard

We want to thank the members of the HSPT, the PTA, our grounds and custodial crews, and most of all the students, staff, faculty, parents, and administration who all gave time to make the week a success. It is nice to know that Shen is always willing to give back!
