Does the high school nurse have pregnancy tests available?

A. No.

I’m wondering whose hand I can shake for the shiny new guard rails at Shen to keep the parents from going on the grass to pass traffic. So many close calls with kids. So grateful for the improvements!

Do you know anyone who grades the EDTPA?

A. No.

Is there still time to change course selections in the high school level? I’m debating on making changes and want to know if that’s a possibility at this point in the summer.

A. Contact your school counselor. They are back in their offices.

Saw your comment about National Merit Scholarship consideration and the PSAT. I think your response was inaccurate. I do believe that the second time it’s given in the fall of Jr. year is when it counts toward National Merit Scholarship consideration. Am I correct in that?

It is now July 30th, how come there is no 4th quarter achievement lists posted? These kids work hard to accomplish this honor.

A. The webmaster posts what is sent by staff members. If something is not posted, it is because she has not received it. Please contact your school.

Some colleges have the ability to allow students to retain access to their college Google and Microsoft accounts. Why is Shen not able to allow seniors to maintain access to their Google accounts after graduating?

A. Our licensing agreements only covers current students and staff.

when is the next bus auction?

A. The district does not conduct auction of buses. We submit our buses which are to be removed from the operating bus fleet and have Auctioninternation.com auction the buses for us. We typically pull the buses from the active fleet during august and submit their information to Auctioninternational sometime in September. Please check Auctioninternational.com.

What are the guidelines for Shen employees using Twitter? Does anyone monitor what is posted? There was a post on the Shen athletic page that probably shouldn’t have been posted.
