Sometimes it’s not the students fault but rather the student simply doesn’t understand the teachers teaching methods. It’s simply my opinion, I don’t always think it’s the students fault for failing an exam, I’m not implying it isn’t always but sometimes the student can study and study and get nervous and simply blank out!
