I am not receiving Shen’s SIS messages anymore. Who should I contact to make sure the school has my correct email address?
A. Contact your child’s school: the main office at Elementary School, or the counseling center at Middle or High School. If you have a parent portal account, you may also submit updates to parent/guardian emails and phone numbers through the portal.
Can 11th graders participate in the Inventors competition at Shenendehowa or is it just for middle schoolers?
A. The Shen Inventors Program is a PTA enrichment program. The NYS Invention Convention is for students K-8.
Why are schedules already out? And I’ve found that a lot of them have many mistakes (wrong classes, empty periods, etc.)
A. The district rolled to next year’s calendar and during that transition people could see incomplete schedules for a short period of time until the transition was completed.
When is homecoming 2016?

I graduated from Shen last year, and my shenschools gmail account has since been disabled. How can I have this reactivated? I have important files on my drive, and we were not notified beforehand that our accounts would be removed.
A. Sorry, but it can not be reactivated. A student’s shenschools account is disabled when no longer a student at Shen.
