How come there is neither salt nor pepper shakers/bags that are used in any of the school’s cafeteria?
A. State regulations do not allow us to use any extra salt shakers but you can always ask for pepper if needed.
Where does the school buy the cheese pizza and chicken burgers from?
A. Sysco Food Service. The pizza is Big Daddy’s brand and the chicken is Tyson.

Where does Shen get their lunch food from? Can I buy products used at Shen at grocery store, because some of it is quite good?
A. Yes you can. We use Tyson Chicken products, Cain’s dressing and most of our snacks can be purchased in the grocery store.
Where is the food for school lunches provided from?
A. We use two local distributors Sysco and US Foods.
If a child accidentally spills something in the cafeteria whose responsibility is it to clean up the mess? The child or a cafeteria staff employee?
A. Probably depends on the situation.
