The 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders from Karigon came together to “adopt” several Shen families to brighten up their holidays. The children brought in monetary donations, the teachers purchased the items, and the students excitedly wrapped them!

Karigon held its first Best Buddies event of the 2023-24 school year.
Karigon held its first Best Buddies event of the 2023-24 school year. Our students had a ball spending time together doing crafts, dancing, reading and visiting Marshall the therapy dog.
Karigon Elementary enjoyed the acrobatics of Li Liu for our most recent “Together We Can Do It!” assembly.
Karigon Elementary enjoyed the acrobatics of Li Liu for our most recent “Together We Can Do It!” assembly. Ms. Liu taught some of our students how to spin plates and perform a traditional Chinese ribbon dance. We loved watching the performance and sharing this amazing experience with the school.

Karigon celebrated Veterans Day by inviting student’s Veterans to a small ceremony. Arriving students were able to connect with Vets and their families as they entered the building. Many classrooms created posters and artwork to decorate our lobby to show our appreciation, and we all enjoyed a special video from some of our students.
