A. We are aware at times that Juniors attempt to park illegally. We monitor the lot, address these issues, and discipline students as warranted on a regular basis. In addition, when a senior is approved for parking, the CAPS office reviews all documentation including licenses and registrations before issuing a parking sticker. This would make the type of scam you describe very difficult to execute.
